Article 1 (Purpose)

• The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the roles, responsibilities, liabilities, and other requirements of users and service provider to use the services of the members (hereunder called as “services”) that are offered by the company home page (hereunder called as "service provider”).
• ① These terms and conditions are effective when they are noticed to users by posting the service screen or other ways and joining the services by the users who agree this.
• ② Service provider, if necessary, can amend the contents of these terms and conditions, and the amended ones will be posted onto the service screen so as for the users to check them.
• ③ The users can interrupt to use the services and cancel the membership registration if they do not agree the amended terms and conditions. If they continue to use the service, this can be regarded as the agreement on the amended terms and conditions and the amended ones will be effective as stated in the previous section.
• ④ If the users agree these terms and conditions, these will be applied as the priority on the offering services of the service provider and using the services of the users, and these will prevail the privacy policy that the service provider offers. The items not stated in these terms and conditions will be followed by the related regulations and business practices such as framework act on telecommunications, personal information protection act, telecommunications business act, ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, review regulations of Korea Communications Standards Commission, code of ethics on the telecommunication, COMPUTER PROGRAMS PROTECTION ACT, and so on.

Article 2 (Validity and amendment of the terms and conditions)

• ① These terms and conditions are effective when they are noticed to users by posting the service screen or other ways and joining the services by the users who agree this.
• ② Service provider, if necessary, can amend the contents of these terms and conditions, and the amended ones will be posted onto the service screen so as for the users to check them.
• ③ The users can interrupt to use the services and cancel the membership registration if they do not agree the amended terms and conditions. If they continue to use the service, this can be regarded as the agreement on the amended terms and conditions and the amended ones will be effective as stated in the previous section.
• ④ If the users agree these terms and conditions, these will be applied as the priority on the offering services of the service provider and using the services of the users, and these will prevail the privacy policy that the service provider offers. The items not stated in these terms and conditions will be followed by the related regulations and business practices such as framework act on telecommunications, personal information protection act, telecommunications business act, ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, review regulations of Korea Communications Standards Commission, code of ethics on the telecommunication, COMPUTER PROGRAMS PROTECTION ACT, and so on.

Article 3 (Definitions of terms)

• ① The definitions of the terms in these terms and conditions are as follows
  • 1. User: Member or non-member that accesses and receives the services that the service provider offers
  • 2. Member: he or she who accesses the service to agree these terms and conditions and receives ID and password to pass the authentication process such as text authentication
  • 3. Non-member: he or she who uses the service that the service provider offers without joining membership
  • 4. Identification (ID): the combination of English letters and numbers that user sets and service provider approves to identify the member and use the services
  • 5. Password: the combination of English letters and numbers that user sets to protect the information of the member
  • 6. Cancel membership: expression of will to terminate the agreement after the service provider or user uses the services
• ② The definitions of the terms that are used in these terms and conditions are followed by the related regulations and service information except for the items stated in Section 1.

Article 4 (establishment of the agreement)

The agreement is established by the agreement of the user on the terms and conditions and acceptance of the service provider on the application of the user.

Article 5 (application of the service usage)

The service usage is applied by the user’s recording of the personal information onto the application template that the service provider requests.

Article 6 (acceptance and refusal of service usage application)

• ① The service provider can accept the application of the service usage by the company regulations if the user applies the service usage by filling in the items stated in the Article 5 correctly.
• ② The service provider can limit some service usages if the following conditions until the reasons of the related limitation are resolved.
  • 1. If the contents are confirmed as false (borrowed name or non-real name), or if the reasonable reason is raised to be suspicious.
  • 2. If the service provider is accepted as necessary
• ③ The service provider can limit the application of the service usages if the following conditions.
  • 1. If the user applies with non-real name
  • 2. If the user applies with other’s name
  • 3. If the user fills in the false contents in the application form
  • 4. If the user acts the violation or shows the will against the purpose of the homepage
  • 5. If the user applies with the purpose to offense against public peace and good order or public morals
  • 6. If the user does not satisfy the requirements of the application that the service provider sets

Article 7 (amendment of the terms and conditions)

The member can check and amend his or her personal information by member’s information at any time. The member should amend the contents if the applied information is changed during the application process and is responsible for any matters occurred without the amendment.
